The Process is Simple

One of the greatest advantages of a food dehydrator is knowing what is going into your snacks.  Home made fruit roll-ups, home made fruit snacks, intense flavoured veggies, and beef jerky. Even your pets will love your home made pet snacks!

Fruit Roll-ups: 

Instead of buying store-bought snacks, you can pour a thin layer of fruit puree onto a tray, dry it out, and make your own healthy fruit leather.

Fruit Snacks:

Choose ripe fruit, remove any blemishes, slice into uniform pieces and dehydrate until desired result.

Intense Veggies:

Dehydrated mushrooms are a versatile pantry item. Choose fresh mushrooms.  Clean, trim and slice into uniform thickness pieces. Dehydrate until brittle, not bending, not breaking. 

Beef Jerky:

To make perfect beef jerky, thinly slice 1 kg of lean beef (like girello) into 3-3.5mm strips and marinate in the fridge for 12–24 hours. Dehydrate at 70°C for 4 to 8 hours until it bends and cracks without breaking.
