From the 8th of December 2023

A single standard using FSANZ applies to food safety in retail food applications for the whole of Australia.  If you are a food premises using sous vide, you need to be across these measures. Information for Victoria can be found here 

Introducing Standard 3.2.2A: Food safety management tools

Affected businesses in Australia need to meet a new food safety standard in the Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code (the Code) from 8 December 2023.
